Posted - 09/03/2005 : 9:18:53 PM Gas prices are outrageous here in Ill. Today my mom talked to her sister in Georgia who said the south has lost all backing in Bush. YAY! Here's an interesting fact; This week Bush released some of the strategic oil reserves into the market and the same day he did that gas prices went up to their high for the week. isn't it supposed to be: OIL RESERVES RELEASED=LOWER GAS PRICES. not the other way around. But Wednesday i put 10 Gal in my tank, the price $30. I remember 2 or 3 weeks ago putting the same amount of gas in my car and only paying $17. Oh! Also another fact. In Iraq at a gas station an Iraqi fills his car up for 25 cents a gal. An American service man pulls up and hes paying $4.50 a gal. Whats with that? But I'm gonna shut up before I turn this into a political rant. I'm telling you the oil market is screwy these days. You wont know how much your gonna pay till you get to the gas station to fill up.
