Happy Holidays to all of us here. There are many changes in my life since my last posts (July I think). ...Have rented my home in Ontario, am now in BC and will spend Jan through Apr in California, taking my Dad who will turn 92 (!!) while we are there. At this point I expect to be back in Ontario next summer to splash the project.
Yes, I continued working on her and have the outside mostly done. Still needs some V-drive attention and full inside work, including cabinetry (finishing the galley rebuild, dinette relocation/rebuild etc), all of the 110v including shorepower box etc(had ripped it all out a few years ago), much 12v rewiring beginning with new batteries and the wiring from there, ALL the plumbing etc.
However the outside is essentially watertight from above and below - AND finished! Yay!. While in Calif I will attempt to update my thread on Paul's Carver site (this site) of the rebuild/renovation/restoration that I, in my folly, am continuing. http://carvermitch.forumco.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=70&whichpage=1 Hard to believe this has been going on for well over three years.
Meantime, have a wonderful time and Healty, Happy and Prosperous New Year. ~ Steve . |
