I'm currently looking at a 32' aft cabin in PA. Engine hours 1400. It's been sitting dry for a little over 2 years.

Any suggestions on things to keep an eye our for?

Nothing in particular other than a complete hull and mechanical survey. With 1400 hours I would also highly recommend a compression and leak down test on both engines.
