I just added a 1975 Anacapri Torino to the fleet. At 23' it puts me a mere 9 feet short of 100 feet worth of boats. Gawd. Time to go dinghy shopping... Anyway it's a cuddy cabin with a 1986 Chevy 350/OMC Cobra stern drive. It came with a 6500 lb double axle roller trailer with surge brakes (new wiring, lights, tires). Engine and outdrive have 0 hours time on them. This is a blue water fishing boat with a cute clipper bow and monstrous forward flare so the ride is dry. Has twin 50 gallon tanks (which came filled) and a real head below the v berth. Comes stock with outriggers and rod holders as well as two livewells astern and a huge fish box in the cockpit sole. Had it out saturday and it really moves with that outdrive. Yes, it's a little faded and the gel coat is not so great, but that's just surface stuff. Needs paint. The bad stuff is the controls and gauges are pretty much worthless. All corroded and not working. Had to check the temp manually (OW). Will be doing up a new dash this weekend. This is a get in and go boat that will serve the house on Brooks Creek (Little Choptank). Ebay item. $1700.00. I love my Carver but it ain't even been wet yet.
