Ladder Question

My wife has a bad knee and it’s difficult to climb the ladder to the flying bridge. I wonder if any ingenious person has come up with a less steep ladder that is removable to get to the engines? More in the line of a regular step height and slope.

You can get small aluminum ladders that would probably do great, would have to figure out the upper and lower brackets only then.
