I hope you and your family are OK Bill and that you were able to survive once again. The Television coverage has left an unbelievable picture of the devastation in your area. I saw one picture showing a Carver Mariner in a Marina next to a burning building with many many boats scattered around.
You can always get another boat but lets hope you and your family are all OK.
Best wishes to you and all who have suffered this terrible tragedy.
Regards
Paul

Bill:
I hope that you are ok and that you got outta there before the stom hit. Best wishes to you and your family we hope that you are ok, and somewere safe. I have seen the devestation on the news and it is horriable. Whats worse is all the looting going on in the aftermath of the tradady. Those looters have sunk to an all time low; stealing from people that may have little or nothing to come back to. I pray that your not the victim of one of those lowlife assholes. I pray that your house is standing and that your boat isnt too messed up, but what is more important is if you and your family are alive and safe which i pray for. Your in our hearts and minds Bill. Best wishes to you and your family, and that you get back on your feet. Waiting, and hoping to hear from you soon.

Hey guys & gal, The Bullet dodged a big bullet. The town I live in,Brookhaven, MS,was hit hard but with-in 36 Hrs. I had power back to my home. I was lucky there are others in my community that won't have power for a couple more weeks. But let me stress this one thing, We have just been inconvienced there are thousands of my fellow Mississippians & our south Louisiana brethern who have lost homes, family members, posessions, jobs, everything. Me and mine are fine I had 0 damage to my home or property, just a few limbs and leaves. there are hundreds in my community who did not fare as well as I. I want to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers and thank you Rob for your generous offer I really appreciate it. Sounds like good ole Southern hospitality. Thank you all soooooooooooo much. On now to other matters, the boat I'm not sure about, but I do have a big ray of hope. Today I contacted a Marina in the area and they thought the marina my boat is in only lost 2 boats. We cannot go into the area yet they are under martial law, so it will probably be next month before I can get in. But I am really optimistic about a positive results. As soon as I find out anything I will pass it along. Grateful to all my Caver Forum Family, BILL(BULLET)

Hi Bill
So pleased to know you are all OK.
I hope that you are soon able to get back to some form of normality in your area and that the clean up will soon be over. I am so saddened by the horrific loss of life and the lack of federal assistance to those who were not so fortunate.
I hope your boat is OK with not to much damage.
Good luck and take care
Regards

Bill, I have a home in North Alabama just sitting there while I am on assignment here in Knoxville. If any of your family or friends need a secure place to go, they are welcome to my home. It is small, but all it needs is someone to live in it. Fully furnished and free. I leave it to you to make the decision of who and when it is needed. I can email you the whereabouts of an extra key.

Hi Bill
Haven't heard from you for a little while and was wondering how you were getting on and how your boat survived.
Hope all is well with you and your family and that you are all able to start to return to some sort of normality down there.
I hope you are spared the current storm Rita as it does its damage in the area.
Good luck.
Regards
Paul
